We have been selling handmade Perfection Chocolates since 1939. The very first chocolate was sold at Rose Bay. Now we manufacture our handcrafted chocolate and sweets at our factory in Banksmeadow, NSW. With much devotion to our passion of making these delectable confectionaries, our chocolates are all handmade. A lot of care goes into making sure that Perfection Chocolates are a delicious quality product.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1410358522387{padding-right: 5% !important;}”][vc_column_text]Can we come and see your shop?

But of course! You are always more than welcome to visit our Perfection Chocolates retail shop. If you just want to drop by to know which chocolates are brewing, or just want to smell and taste our top selling chocolates like our Chocolate Pretzels, our Milk Chocolate Honeycomb Clusters, our Chocolate RoseWater Block, or any of your favorite chocolate you can visit us

Monday to Friday from 6:30 AM to 5:30 PM,

Saturdays from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM,

STORING INFORMATION

To keep our Perfection Chocolates perfect to the very last bite, you should store them in a cool, dry area. The temperature should be between 15 – 24 degrees Celsius. This is warmer than in a fridge but generally cooler than ambient temperatures.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]How long do Perfection Chocolates remain fresh?

They remain fresh for a very long time. Our Perfection Chocolates ideally have a shelf life of between 6-8 months given the right room temperature.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″ css=”.vc_custom_1410358522387{padding-right: 5% !important;}”][vc_column_text]When chocolates go white what does that mean?

The whitish grey discolouration sometimes seen on chocolates is called bloom. Some may mistake it for mould growth – but it is not! Bloom develops on chocolates because of repeated fluctuations in temperature.
